Lightning strikes Hanoi as storm floods streets at rush hour

A thunderstorm broke days of fierce heat in Hanoi late on May 28, bringing lightning and rain that left some streets up to 50 cm deep in water and snarled rush-hour traffic across the Vietnamese capital.
