Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with H.E. Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on the sidelines of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Both sides discussed the ongoing work of the ASEAN Community Building efforts, including the implementation of the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and its four Strategic Plans.
