Hong Kong instant noodle brand Ding How, which has long been served in local cha chaan tengs, will cease operations next month after 57 years.
Kam Yuen Food Company announced the news online on Wednesday, immediately drawing comments from scores of internet users who lamented the loss of another piece of Hong Kong’s collective memory.
