ASEAN Post-Ministerial Conference (PMC) 11+1 Sessions with Dialogue partners and Trilateral Meetings

1. The ASEAN Post-Ministerial Conference (PMC) 11+1 Sessions with ASEAN’s Dialogue Partners, namely Australia, Canada, China, the European Union (EU), India, Japan, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea (ROK), the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States of America (US), were convened in Manila, Philippines, on 22-23 July 2026.

2. The Meetings underscored the importance of upholding ASEAN unity and Centrality in its external engagement, built upon ASEAN-led mechanisms including ASEAN Plus One, ASEAN Plus Three (APT), East Asia Summit (EAS), ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus), and Expanded ASEAN Maritime Forum (EAMF) in building an ASEAN-centred, open, inclusive, transparent, resilient, and rules-based regional architecture that upholds international law.
