‘Ninoy took action despite hopelessness’

Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. showed Filipinos how to take action for the betterment of the country despite feeling hopeless, one of his grandsons said yesterday as the country commemorated the former senator’s 43rd death anniversary.
