Despite their flip-flopping accusations, the 18 alleged bagmen of fugitive former lawmaker Zaldy Co yesterday stood by their claims that Senators Mark Villar and Francis Escudero, as well as Rep. Leila de Lima, received suitcases filled with dirty money.
